It seems to me that I am seeing this topic more and more when I am doing my nutrition based research. I am only 31 years old, but I can assure you that I never read so much about this until the last few years. 1st off, cholesterol is super important to the body. If we did not have cholesterol we would not be able to repair or protect our body. Also, about 80-90% of your cholesterol is produced by the body.
